Foster® 85-72™ Waterbased Contact Bond Adhesive contains no asphalt. A synthetic elastomer emulsion, it is extremely fire resistive when dry. It can either be used as a contact adhesive, being applied to both surfaces, or applied to one surface only and wet bonded. Higher immediate bond strengths are obtainable when used as a contact adhesive. The dry film stays flexible and moisture resistant.
