Foster® 81-42Q™ is a special order low chloride/halogen formulation. When applied to the longitudinal and butt laps of lagging fabrics, it provides strong adhesion to hold the lagging in place. An application of a coat of Fire Resistive Lagging Adhesive and Coating provides resistance to fire, water, vermin, oil and grease.

Foster® 81-42Q™ Fire Resistive Lagging Adhesive and Coating meets Military Specification MIL-A-3316C Class I, Grade A, and Federal Spec MMM-A-002048.

81-42Q Nuclear Grade Fire Resistive Lagging Adhesive and Coating can be supplied to meet the stress corrosion and chemical analysis requirements of MIL-I-24244C or Nuclear Regulatory Guide 1.36 on special order.

81-42 and 81-42Q Fire Resistive Lagging Adhesive and Coating contains no asbestos, lead, mercury, or mercury compounds.
